AutoReply Mate is an Android application that allows users to configure automatic replies to WhatsApp and SMS messages. The App provides:

• Advanced rules system with prioritization
• Customizable automatic responses
• Advanced pattern matching (equals, contains, starts_with, regex, in_list, default)
• App selection per rule (WhatsApp, SMS, or both)
• Configurable cooldown (0 hours - 30 days)
• Anti-spam protection
• Background operation with persistent services

3. License to Use

AutoReply Mate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the App

4. Permissions and Access

To function properly, AutoReply Mate requires the following permissions:

• Notification Access: To read incoming WhatsApp messages
• SMS Access: To read and send SMS messages
• Contacts Access: To identify contacts and apply selective rules
• Background Operation: To respond automatically even when the app is closed
• Internet Access: For future features (optional)

These permissions are used exclusively for the described functionality and are not used for other purposes.

5. User Responsibility

As a user of AutoReply Mate, you assume responsibility for:

• The content of automatic messages you configure
• Compliance with local laws regarding electronic communications
• Obtaining necessary consent before sending automatic messages
• Properly configuring rules to avoid spam
• Compliance with WhatsApp Terms of Service and SMS provider terms

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to use AutoReply Mate to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Send false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the normal operation of messaging services
• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity

7. Compliance with WhatsApp and SMS Services

AutoReply Mate uses Android Accessibility APIs to read WhatsApp notifications and standard Android APIs for SMS. Users are responsible for complying with:

• WhatsApp Terms of Service
• SMS service provider policies
• Local regulations regarding electronic communications

Important note: WhatsApp may restrict or ban accounts that use extensive automation. Use the functionality responsibly and in moderation.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoReply Mate is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will function without interruptions or errors
• All messages will be processed correctly
• The App will be compatible with all Android devices
• The service will be permanently available

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

• Data loss or indirect damages
• WhatsApp account bans due to app usage
• Incorrectly sent or unsent messages
• Negative consequences resulting from automatic message content
• Incompatibilities with future updates to Android, WhatsApp, or SMS systems

9. App Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice
• Update features and functionality
• Change system requirements
• Remove or add features

We are not liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in AutoReply Mate, including but not limited to source code, design, logo, trademark, and documentation, belong to the app developers. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
